Mission

I’m Amy, a professional etiquette coach with a passion for human diversity. I specialize in expats in Switzerland and help with the challenges of the new everyday life. My competence in etiquette comes from a lifetime of learning and observation. As a child, my mother taught me the importance of good manners and how they can improve any social or professional situation. I attended my first etiquette course when I was in elementary school. This has stayed with me to this day, I now use my skills to help others in the same way my mother helped me.

As a person immersed in the education of the global business community – I have seen firsthand the impact etiquette can have on personal and professional relationships. I believe that with the right tools and guidance, anyone can master the art of etiquette and make a lasting impression. Because of this, I am committed to sharing my knowledge with my clients and helping them make meaningful connections in their personal and professional lives.

My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where you feel comfortable and safe in any situation.
